High School Athletes Resume Game Plan Workshop
With national statistics showing that roughly 93% of high school student-athletes will not play varsity sports at the collegiate level, Southern California nonprofit organization Hire High School Athletes has announced a major regional initiative to combat the sudden post-graduation "identity crisis" facing young competitors.
To kick off the campaign, the organization will host the SoCal HS Athletes Resume Game Plan, a free 60-minute virtual career masterclass designed to teach student-athletes how to translate their athletic discipline into professional resumes sought after by corporate recruiters, the skilled trades, and public service sectors.
